January 2016 Update

Well time just seems to fly by and I am going to try to be better at blogging this year. Every time I go to post on my blog I can't seem to find my original one and it looked so good, darn it!  I see it on my favorites page but when I go there and try to post, it goes to this page.  Oh well, when I have time I'll try and work on a heading and make it look cuter.
So here I am it's 2315 (hard to stop using military time after using it for 40 years at work) watching TV with my husband who is asleep and 2 dogs who are also asleep.  I'll wake them soon to go to bed, we have church at 1000 f/b going over to friends house to see their kids who live out of state.  So I will be back soon to tell you what is new in my life, hint: I have a new love.  Stay tuned for more info coming soon.

Long Time No Blog

Hi Everyone I know it's been ages since I've posted on this blog,  but as of January 20, 2015 I've retired from my job as a Respiratory Therapist of 40+ years.  Wow, where has the time gone!  So since I'm retired I have more time to pursue my hobbies, and  one of them is to holding Scrapbooking and  Card Classes.  My latest cards (the one's in the picture above) are for my April card class and I'm happy and excited to say that I designed them myself using inspiration from samples on Pinterest.  In the past when I had a class I was so pressed for time with working and all that I just scrap lifted from my good friend and mentor Mary Thompson.  The cards were made using CTMH Brushed papers.  It was so much fun to create these cards, I just hope my girls in the class enjoy them as much as I do.  Well I'm off to create more cards, toodles and keep crafting.
